Today in our classroom we worked on math with our friend the bee.
We posed a problem to the students:

How do we make the bee reach the numbers?

With this activity we worked on numbers, quantities, right, left, front and back...
We searched for the solution to the problem step by step (algorithms), decomposed the problem, first the u, then move to the quantity and so on (decomposition), pattern recognition and focused on the important information discarding the irrelevant

With the help of this device (Beebot) we encourage creativity, problem solving, collaborative learning, communication and critical thinking.

The idea is to repeat this activity every week and then add the number line to work on the sums.
